HOW DO I JOIN THE INSIDER CLUB?
When you register, you will be asked to provide your name, phone number, birthday, email address, and your favorite tavern. During registration, you will also be asked to create a password to access your account. Please click here to join!
IS THERE A COST TO BECOMING AN INSIDER?
No!
HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
Dine at any Marlow's Tavern. When you spend at least $15 on food and beverages, you earn a qualified visit. Earn four qualified visits and you will receive a complimentary entrée up to $20 on your next visit. Make sure you tell your server you are an Insider, and check-in with your app or the phone number/email you used to register.
DO YOU HAVE AN INSIDER APP?
Yes, you can download our app from Apple or Google Play stores here.
HOW DO I CHECK IN WITH THE APP?
When you are dining at Marlow's Tavern, simply open the app, tap the "Check-In" box, and then tell your server the 3-digit code that appears.
HOW DO I REDEEM REWARDS?
Please let your server know you are an Insider member and would like to use your available reward.
HOW DO I ADD A MISSED VISIT?
Your itemized receipt should have a missed visit code at the bottom, you can login to your account here and add it at the "Missed Visit Code" box. If you are still having issues, please email us at info@MarlowsTavern.com with a copy of your receipt we can help add it for you.
DO MY REWARDS EXPIRE?
Yes, your free $20 entrée rewards expire after 90 days. Birthday rewards expire after 45 days. You can login to your account here and check the date when your rewards will expire.
CAN I COMBINE OFFERS?
Yes! You can combine your Insider rewards.

MAY I EARN REWARDS WHEN SOMEONE ELSE AT MY TABLE PAYS THE BILLS?
No, qualified visits are only awarded to the registered Insider paying the bill.
IF I AM SPLITTING THE BILL WITH ANOTHER INSIDER, WHO IS AWARDED THE VISIT?
You both will be awarded the visit if you both pay and meet the qualifying visit requirements.
MAY TWO PEOPLE FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD BE MEMBERS?
Yes, they can each have their own account when registering under a separate phone number and email.
MAY I REDEEM MULTIPLE REWARDS ON THE SAME CHECK?
Yes, you may.
DOES TO-GO FOOD QUALIFY?
Yes, if it is $15 or more.
DOES MY CATERING ORDER COUNT AS A VISIT?
Yes, if paid for by a registered Insider.
DOES PURCHASING GIFT CARDS COUNT AS A VISIT?
No, a gift card purchase alone does not count as a visit.
DO I GET CREDIT FOR ORDERING VIA EZCATER, UBEREATS, DOORDASH, OR GRUBHUB?
Not at this time.
AFTER I REGISTER, WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY INFORMATION?
We use this information to send you information on special offers and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. We also use it to send updates on changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Your phone number is necessary to look up your account at the tavern if you third party.
